Can I get late payments removed from my account?

Grow Credit’s Late Payment Forgiveness program is a courtesy we extend to assist our eligible customers during times of financial hardship.

Here are the general guidelines for Late Payment Forgiveness:

• Your account must be active and in good standing. We consider an account in ‘good standing’ when there is no past due balance and there is a valid payment method on file. Enrollment in automatic payments is not required.

• You are eligible for late payment forgiveness once every 12 months.

• You can request late payment forgiveness 3 times over the life of your account.

• If you were granted late payment forgiveness less than 12 months ago, or three times already, you may no longer be eligible, sorry.

• We can forgive late or missed payments up to 6 months. If you have missed payments older than that, we may not be able to forgive them.
